LTLhaul provides a white‑label instant freight quoting platform. All rates, estimates, and quotes shown are indicative only and subject to change. They do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by us.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for a maximum of 48 hours from the time of issue.
Prices are subject to adjustment due to changes in fuel surcharges, route restrictions, weight/volume discrepancies, or unforeseen operational costs.
All quotes exclude taxes, insurance, tolls, access fees, and any additional services unless explicitly stated.

3. Liability and Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We act as a platform and service provider, not as a carrier or freight insurer unless agreed separately in writing.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery of goods arising from carrier performance, weather, road conditions, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the fees paid for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation of the website; we are not liable for losses from downtime or technical issues.

4. User Responsibilities

You warrant that all information provided (addresses, dimensions, weight, cargo type) is accurate and complete.
You must not ship prohibited, dangerous, or restricted goods without prior written approval.
You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and national transport regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, code, and design on LTLhaul.com remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without prior written permission.

6. Indemnification
